About Mad Trapper Jet Boats

Mad Trapper Jet Boats was formed out of a vision to provide the market place with an aluminum jet boat that is affordable, easy to launch and handle, at home on a lake or a river and thrifty on fuel.

We came to realize that there are a lot of customers out there who do not want to spend a year’s salary buying a jet boat, so we set out to make jet-boating and its unique advantages more affordable without compromising quality or comfort and we feel we have reached that goal with our newly developed 16ft 6in  “Phantom” jet boat, inspired by the rugged Kakwa River, which flows from Northwestern Alberta into Northeastern British Columbia.

Mad Trapper Jet Boats is located in Sylvan Lake, Alberta, in the heart of recreation country. We’re only a five-minute walk from the lake itself and within an hour and a half a person can be in the mountains to the west, with all its rivers and lakes and everything they have to offer.
